Diagnosed with IBD, lymphoplasmacytic
inflammation and supperative enteritis in the
proximal duodenum, grade 3/6 heart murmur
auscultated in January 2013
Diagnosed with septic peritonitis Sept. 27, 2013
Post mortem exam found necrosupperative
duodenitis with full thickness perforation.
Also left and right ventricular dilation of the heart.
