Hilltop Haven, Mount Washington, NY: Hilltop Haven Animal Rescue/Halfway House started March 2008. We rescue and
transport animals from high kill shelters to no-kill rescues every weekend. Sometimes we do have animals available for adoption.
The adoption fees from these babies helps to fund the transports that save 1,000's more. It also helps to pay vetting on the
